Villa Europa was born from a simple dream: to recreate the authentic flavors and warm hospitality of traditional European dining in a contemporary setting. Founded in 2018 by Chef Marco Rossi and his partner, sommelier Elena Dubois, our restaurant represents a journey through the diverse culinary landscapes of Europe.

Marco's Italian heritage and Elena's French background create a unique fusion of knowledge and passion that drives our kitchen. After spending years traveling through Italy, France, Austria, and beyond, they returned with recipes passed down through generations and a deep respect for traditional cooking methods.

Our philosophy is simple: great food starts with great ingredients. We source locally whenever possible, building relationships with farmers and suppliers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability. Our menu changes seasonally to reflect the best available ingredients while maintaining the authentic character of each dish.
